I have been following your Instagram and trialling out recipes for sometime now and I l absolutely love your recipes. I was so excited for the cookbook! The fact all the recipes are under 30 minutes is just perfect for busy lives. I love the content within the cookbook, the beginning is so useful providing guidance around calculating calories and macros. The recipes within the book are delicious and I cannot wait to give them all a go. They are all so simple to prepare and very easy to follow. It’s great how each recipe has a breakdown of the protein, calories and fats. So useful for tracking. An amazing feature is being able to scan each recipe on my fitness pal.
I absolutely love your recipes, they are super easy to prepare, I recently ran half a marathon and the night prior I chose of course one of your amazing pasta recipes. It just shows eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring with all the recipes being under 600 calories. The snack section is a favourite of mine and I cannot wait to give the protein biscoff flapjack a go! The intro of the book is fabulous and your electric personality shines throughout. I’m already planning which recipe to try first!

I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! From the thoughtful layout to the mouth-watering recipes, this cookbook is an absolute gem, and I cannot wait to get in the kitchen.
Introduction: Love how you’ve empathised that it doesn’t have to be difficult to eat delicious nutritious meals. Adding your personal journey into the book enables people to relate to you on a personal scale, it is beaming with authenticity from the off and I love how you’ve even put photos of yourself prior to journey and where you are today. This is truly inspirational. The fact that you consume what you’ve put in this book including supplements is brilliant, also the page on macros and the information you’ve supplied is very helpful and educational and I feel consumers will benefit from understanding how this process works.
Layout:
One of the standout features of this cookbook is its beautifully organized layout. Each section flows effortlessly, guiding me through starters, mains, snacks and desserts and even a drinks section with clear headings and photography that truly brings the recipes to life. The clean and modern design ensures that even the most intricate recipes feel approachable. I especially love how each recipe is paired with photos to show the final dish. I also personally appreciate the section on tools and gadgets.
Meals: Diverse and Balanced
The range of meals in this cookbook is simply impressive. From light and refreshing salads to hearty mains that are perfect for people on the go, Also the fact they are 30-minute recipes is brilliant for people who struggle with time management. What really caught my attention was the balance between everyday comfort foods and more adventurous, restaurant/takeaway quality dishes. Each recipe feels carefully crafted to offer a delightful blend of Flavors, textures, and colours on the plate. plenty of inspiration, I am really looking forward to trying the pizzadilla!.
Ingredients: Accessible and Fresh

As someone who eats a ton of junk food, I’m really happy that I can now eat low calorie meals that satisfy my guilty pleasures and the recipes are super quick and easy which is great because I’m constantly on the go!

I have a sweet tooth and its been so hard trying to keep away from desserts. I’ve tried other healthy options to satiate myself but they almost never hit the spot. The brownies were the first thing I tried in the book and my lord they are amazing. The whole family enjoyed them. Cant wait to try more recipes.

It is so refreshing to see a healthy eating cookbook full of proper food! I grew up in the 90s and early 00s, where a “healthy” diet was promoted as weight loss shakes or a meagre portion of salad and only bodybuilders had to worry about protein!
The book is conveniently split into meals and there’s a huge variety of recipes for each one. I’m not a fan of eggs, which limits my protein options for breakfast, in particular, so I was really happy to see plenty of alternative choices. Lunch is also something I struggle with due to lack of time so I love how so many of the lunch recipes are quick and easy and suitable for prepping ahead to take to work.
The section I’m especially happy about, which you don’t see in many recipe books, is the drinks section. I’m relatively new to using protein powders, so it’s wonderful to have so much inspiration on how to use it.
I especially love the barcode to scan to input the calories and macros into My Fitness Pal – makes it so much easier to keep track of everything.

I love this book! It doesn’t feel like a healthy eating book so it’s great for the family as they don’t feel like they are having to eat healthy just because of me.
I love how the book is split into sections, and I can basically create a meal plan from this book with my favourite recipes, so I can literally count exactly how many calories I will be eating next week and then scan the barcode into the MyFitnessPal app.

I have followed Liz for years and also had the privilege to have her as my coach. Her recipes are out of this world. Not only are they perfect for those of us who want to put our health and fitness first but it is also filled with recipes that all of the family can enjoy. The recipes are all quick and easy to follow and don’t include lots of ingredients which often put me off making new foods. There is a huge variety of foods to be enjoyed and the meals do not sacrifice flavour for health! All are delicious and satisfying. The book is organised into sections to make it easy to plan for the week ahead. This book is a must have!!
